Maybe someone should recognize that keeping your star player and your new point guard AWAY from the bench and his team for 30 games was a disaster. Yeah he effed that up, but come on, you could have him sitting on the bench by an assistant coach LEARNING. I don’t get it.

I agree with Holly, but Monta still really messed up. That’s the biggest slap in the face you could do to a corporation: get a contract that many would argue is far above your value, then get yourself injured by blatantly ignoring that contract and hurting the corporation that just gave you all that money.
Really, I think Monta’s just asking for too much.

I’m really not worried at all about Monta being able to come back strong, that kid’s game is unprecedented. And honestly I don’t want to see him languish on a terrible Golden State team with Avery as the coach (next year. Nelly will get canned)

When all this talk finally subsides, Monta recovers 100% and when Monta comes back from injury in December the dubs will be at .500 give or take a few. They will get some speed back in the line up and start building the franchise around him and Andris. Great future in the making. Bidness is bidness.
