I agree because when your bored you have nothing to do and care about nothing like when someone falls down the stairs and brake every bone in thier body.And you dont get some one to call the police or parametics...

now on the other hands when you see your best friend fall the down the stairs you right away call someone somtimes and somtimes people just call the ambulences and just wait a couple minutes usually taks 20min or more if traffic if not traffic about 10 minuetes.
